  • Subsurface Engineer : responsibilities will include planning and executing wellwork to ensure optimized well performance and depletion of oil and gas fields

  • Project Engineer: responsibilities will include designing and executing modifications which ensured enhanced performance of oil and gas plant and processing facilities.

Drilling Supervisor

Job Description

  • Drilling Supervisor provided day-to-day on-site supervision of drilling operations. He would be the primary contact with rig and third party personnel at the rig site to ensure operations are performed in accordance with the drilling program in a safe and cost effective manner.

Examples of Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures drilling procedures are followed as planned and conducted in an optimum manner.
  • Organizes and orders services and equipments to conduct drilling and testing operations
  • Ensure that rig and third party equipment are adequately and properly maintained.
  • In association with on-site technical personnel is responsible for maximum safety and efficient drilling
  • Ensure accurate and adequate reports and records of operations, equipments, and evaluation.
  • In association with well-site geologist, ensures logging, coring and production tests are performed as planned.
  • Responsible for operations complying with all regulations
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, be self motivated and willing to be an effective team player
  • Ability to work successfully in a changing environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to be located in any location in Indonesia

Requirements of Candidate

  • High School graduate; preferably Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Petroleum Engineering

Process Engineering

Electrical Power Engineering
In order to be considered for a place on our graduate program, your strong academic record will need to be backed by your enthusiasm, desire to learn new skills, and willingness to thrive as part of a team. Specifically, you will need to have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power Engineering with a GPA of at least 3.25 in a 4.0 scale.

Mechanical Engineering
So what will it take to join this team? You will need at least a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.25 in a 4.0 scale. Procurement Supply Chain Management (PSCM)
To develop your personal & professional capabilities within Procurement & Supply Chain Management (PSCM) team you will need to have at least a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25 from the following Engineering disciplines: Industrial, Chemical, Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil/Structural.

Geoscience
Your base for this will be a strong academic record (GPA of at least 3.25 in a 4.0 scale) in geoscience, geophysics, geology, earth sciences or physics.

Petroleum and Reservoir Engineering
A strong academic record (GPA of at least 3.25 in a 4.0 scale) in chemical engineering, petroleum engineering, earth sciences, mathematics, or related subjects in addition to your drive for continuous improvement is essential.

Finance
You will need to have a strong academic record, Bachelor degree or Masters degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics from a fully accredited university, a minimum GPA of 3.25 in a 4.0 scale and want to make a difference through your work by applying your expertise, creativity and commercial acumen.

HSE Engineering
In order to be eligible for this role your degree must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, K3, or Project Management with a minimum GPA of 3.25 in a 4.0.

Environmental Engineering
We look for a minimum GPA of 3.25 in a 4.0 scale in disciplines from Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, K3 or Project Management with a minimum GPA of 3.25 in a 4.0.

Drilling & Completions Engineering
In order to be eligible for this role your degree must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Structural with a minimum GPA of 3.25 in a 4.0 scale.

1. Process Engineer – (Code : PROD)
Requirements:

  • Education : S1 in Chemical Engineering
  • Having knowledge and skill of Process Engineering software (Pro-II, HTRI, etc) and International code and standard (API, ASTM, ANSI, JIS, NFPA, etc.) is preferable

2. Civil Engineer – (Code : CVD)
Requirements:

  • Education : S1 in Civil Engineering
  • Having knowledge and skill of Civil Engineering software (Staad Pro, X-Steel , SAP 2000) and International code and standard (AISC, ACI, UBC, etc) is preferable

3. Piping Engineer – (Code : PID)

5. Electrical Engineer – (Code : ELD)
Requirements:

  • Education : S1 in Electrical Engineering
  • Having knowledge of Electrical Engineering software (ETAP, LUXICON, E-LOAD, etc.) and International code and standard (ISA, ANSI, NFPA, IEC, etc.) is preferable.

6. Mechanical Engineer – Static Equipment – (Code : MED-SE)
Requirements:

  • Education : S1 in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience : Min 8 years in Eng. Work of Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical Project
  • Age : Max 40 years old
  • Experience in preparing engineering drawing as well as prepare/reviewing shop drawing
  • Familiar with International Codes and Standards related to Design of Static Equipment
  • Familiar with calculation software for mechanical calculation of pressure vessel and heat exchanger
  • Able to prepare project specs, requisition
  • Ability in FEA is advantageous
  • Has capability to analyze vendor quotation (technical & commercial)
  • Experience in leading a work group or task force

7. Mechanical Engineer – Combustion Equipment- (Code : MED-CE)
Requirements:

  • Education : S1 in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience : Min 3 years in Eng. Work of Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical Project
  • Age : Max 40 years old
  • Familiar with International Codes and Standards related to Combustion Equipments
  • Able and understand in steel structure design
  • Able to operate 2D CAD
  • Able to prepare project specs, requisition
  • Has capability to analyze vendor quotation (technical & commercial)

8. Senior Rotary Engineer – (Code : RED-S)
Requirements:

  • Education : S-1 Mechanical Engineering majoring in Energy conversion
  • Experience : Minimum 7 years in engineering work of Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, chemical as rotating Equipment engineer
  • Age : Max 40 years old
  • Specialized knowledge and experience of techniques /skills about rotating equipment
  • Familiar with International codes and standards related to Rotating Equipment
  • Having knowledge and experience in reviewing ITB, prepare data sheet, specification, requisitioning, technical clarification/evaluations of vendor proposal, engineering coordination between vendors and related interdisciplines, review and control of vendor’s deliverables.
  • Experience in leading a work group or task force
  • Responsible to fulfill the following project requirements by exercising expertise and coordinating with the various parties involved in the project :
    • Engineering quality
    • Vendor equipment design and manufacturing qualities
    • Overall project cost and schedule

9. Rotary Engineer – (Code : RED)
Requirements:

  • Education : S-1 Mechanical Engineering majoring in Energy conversion
  • Experience : In engineering work of Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, chemical as rotating Equipment engineer minimum 3 years
  • Age : Max 30 years old
  • Specialized knowledge and experience of techniques /skills about rotating equipment
  • Familiar with International codes and standards related to Rotating Equipment
  • Having knowledge and experience in reviewing ITB, prepare data sheet, specification, requisitioning, technical clarification/evaluations of vendor proposal, engineering coordination between vendors and related interdisciplines, review and control of vendor’s deliverables.

10. Procurement Engineer – (Code : PCD)
Requirements:

  • Education: S-1 degree
  • Experience in the related Oil & Gas and Petrochemical area is a must.
  • Able to prepare and establish Procurement Plan and Strategy including Overseas /Offshore
  • Able to handle Multi Project
  • Able to handle future EPC job and present work for proposal work
  • Has good leadership to manage his members

11. Senior Cost Estimator Engineer – (Code : SCED)
An individual with degree and minimum 7 years of overseas estimating experience with project, 5 years of which must be in estimating for petrochemical, or oil and gas handling projects. Estimator qualified to understand fully comply with:
Requirements:

  • Understand on Construction Industry Institute (CII) definition
  • Able to define project scope, including description of interfaces with existing. Facilities, consistent with the requirements for the relevant Class of Estimate.
  • Able to define the cost estimating methods to be used
  • Able to prepare the basic cost estimate
  • Able to handling of escalation, taxes, duties, and local fees
  • Able to handling of contingency and technique for assessing

12. Planning and Schedule Engineer – (Code : PSED)
An individual with degree and minimum 7 years of overseas scheduling experience with project, 5 years of which must be in scheduling for oil and gas handling projects. Scheduler qualified to understand and fully comply with:
Requirements:

  • Plan and establish of the EPC schedule at the FEED stage.
  • Able to define milestone and schedule basis.
  • Able to operate Primavera Software/P3.

13. Project Engineer– (Code : PJD)
Requirements:

  • An individual with degree and minimum 7 years of project engineer experience with project, with 5 years of which must be in project engineer for oil and gas or petrochemical. Preferable experiences in Engineering Package and FEED work Project engineer qualified to understand and fully comply with
  • Preferable for chemical engineer background
  • Understand on Project Management definition & work flow
  • Able to establish of the EPC work
  • Familiar in multi Discipline Engineering Product
  • Able to coordinate multi discipline work
  • Understand on contract review

GENERAL QUALIFICATION :

  • Education: S-1 degree from related disciplines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational experience
  • Preferable Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
  • Computer literate (MS Office, MS Word, Ms Excel, MS Project and related softwares)
  • Familiar with regulation, code and standard in Oil & Gas industry
